In the Pokemon trading card saga, the Tohoku District Tournament of the "Pokémon Card World Challenge (Spring)" in 2000 was the golden ticket to an epic collectable quest. Each region had a different design, and until they were redistributed at events like the Summer Road, collecting all the designs was extremely difficult.
