A promotional card from the 2007 Tori Kaekko DP campaign. This campaign allowed participants to exchange one of their own Pokémon cards for one of five different promotional cards provided by participating stores. This card is one of those five random designs. Later in the same year, during the Battle Road Summer ★ 2007 event, a similar card featuring an illustration of a different Pikachu on the back of this card was distributed.
