This is a prize card from the "JR East Japan Pokémon Stamp Rally 2000," held in 2000. The event featured two routes: the "Gold Route" and the "Silver Route." Participants on the Gold Route received an Eevee card, while those on the Silver Route received a Mewtwo card. The Mewtwo card was illustrated by "Magic: The Gathering" artist Christopher Rush, making it the first Pokémon card to feature Artwork by an illustrator from outside Japan.
