This promotional card was created as a prize for the "Pokémon Card Design Contest," held to celebrate the 2010 movie Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: Zoroark, Master of Illusions. The contest was conducted by six magazines published by Shogakukan: Tanoshii Yochien, Shogaku Ichinensei, Shogaku Ninensei, Televi-Kun, Pucchigumi, and Pokémon Fan. Each winning illustration was printed as a Pokémon card, with only 100 copies produced per winner, making them highly rare and difficult to find in circulation. This card features the winning illustration from Televi-Kun magazine.
