This promo card is from the 7-Eleven Pokémon Fair held at 7-Eleven stores nationwide in Japan in 2003. When you bought a product at a 7-Eleven store, one card came with the product at random from a total of 21 types. The event was held to commemorate the movie version of Pokémon “Jirachi” that was released that year, and the Pokémon included in the card lineup were those that appeared in the movie.
